Kok Rie comes from a deep tech background with more than 25 years of experience and knowledge spanning the fields of Space Tech, Internet of Things (IoT), Mobile Apps, Cloud Computing, Network Infrastructure design and planning, Communication Networks, Managed Services, System Integration, AI/ML, Blockchain, Quantum Technology, Intellectual Property Law, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and Sustainability.
His experiences have been towards innovative technologies and creating value for customers by adopting Cybersecurity technologies and niche technologies. Kok Rie has in the past worked in various positions in MNCs and SMEs where he covered various roles from engineering, solutions, business development, sales, and management. He has acted as IT security manager, security suitably qualified experienced person to government agencies projects, and is the domain expert to address cybersecurity-related queries, issues, incidents management, etc.
Kok Rie is a serial entrepreneur, investor, consultant, and board advisor on various companies. He is an avid volunteer and participates in many private and public initiatives to help low-income groups and charities. His interests also include looking into sustainability, clean air technology, and food security technologies that can secure and enhance the well-being of mankind now and future.
Kok Rie holds an MBA degree from Imperial College of London and earned a Bachelor of Computing degree from Monash University, Australia. Later part of her career, she moved into Human Resource Management for a career change as this is always been her dream. She enjoys interacting with people and enjoys being around with people. Jayxen’s strength comes from her strong interpersonal skills and positive mindset to help and bring out the best of an employee’s value in the organization.
Her experiences in Human Resource Management cover recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation management, talent management, and employee relations. Jayxen has also acted as an external HR consultant for some organizations providing HR strategy introducing good HR policies and streamlining HR processes.
Jayxen has a knack for continuous learning and always strives to give her best in her endeavors.
